Hailing from Finland and rapidly becoming one of Europe’s most talked-about new live bands, Us are a four-piece indie rock force defined by blistering energy, relentless touring, and a fiercely DIY spirit. Formed around a shared love of raw rock’n’roll, post-punk edge, and classic songwriting, the band have quickly established a reputation as one of the most exciting breakout acts on the international festival circuit.
Known for their ferocious live energy and raw musical chemistry, the band first ignited industry attention after touring with Electric Six and supporting The Libertines—the latter of whom invited Us to record their debut album, Underground Renaissance, at the legendary Albion Rooms Studio. Captured live by the band in just one day, “We wanted the first record to sound like we were in your living room at 3am,” says the band’s vocalist, Teo Hirvonen, “No filters, no safety nets. Just musicians in a room trying to capture the chaos.”
Having spent two years relentlessly touring and refining their songwriting, Us are now in the studio crafting their next chapter. The band is working with acclaimed UK producer Charlie Russell (Alt-J, Liam Gallagher, Wargasm) on their forthcoming album, set for release via Sony Music Japan and Playground Music Scandinavia.
